I am so incredibly grateful to have called Allston Collision Center after my vehicle was damaged. Paul, Ava, and Abel are the absolute BEST! I was in a minor fender bender and brought my car in for repairs, and they handled everything for me. They spoke directly with my insurance company to handle payment, booked a mechanic to fix an additional part they noticed was broken, and they coordinated my rental car to use while my car was with them! They even negotiated the price of a new part I needed down for me. The whole team is so kind and so helpful. Everyone on the team could explain exactly what was going on with my car at any time, so I was always informed about what was going on. I HIGHLY recommend Allston Collision Center whenever you need auto work done!

Highly recommend this repair shop! Able and Paul were very easy to deal with and they took care of my son's car repair while he is in Boston attending college. They communicated every step of the way and got the work done in the exact time they said to allow for. Super nice people and the car looks great!
