NAPA Auto Parts

Don't usually leave bad reviews but wow. I just asked if they were sure a part wasn't in stock and got an abusive rant in return. I wasn't accusing them of lying or anything I just wanted to make sure because another employee told me earlier it was in stock. I don't want to make assumptions but I hope prejudice wasn't involved... The other staff are great, its a shame.

Ordered online and the order wasn't ready. The guy at the counter saw me come in and opted to pick up the phone and take care of the person on the phone first. So I waited 5 minutes. Gave him my receipt for my online order. He couldn't find the order in the front. He stated they hadn't been pulled yet. He goes in the back to get them where he engages in another 5 minute conversation. They sold me brake pads that were clearly not new. They were returns dirty taped up. He's going to tell me that he can grab new ones out the warehouse but they wouldn't be ready to 3:30 pm. It was 12 noon. Smh. My car appointment was at 1pm. Very horrible customer service, and charge you premium price for parts that were used. They were oily, dirty and taped up. If I didn't have an appointment I would have as

These guys were great. My only complaint is that they didn't loan me the tools to install the part, causing me to spend an extra $16 for tools that I will use exactly once in my life and which I had finished using before starting my car to leave their proximity. They should rise to the promise of Advanced Auto Parts and offer to lend tools for the immediate installation of parts that were purchased from them.

Ryan came through with the part I needed! Proficient and friendly people work here, much better than the competition! Ryan hooked me up with Tommy at McKenzie Auto repair down the street and I was rolling in no time! Saved my company $$$

A Hidden Gem. Went to get a fuse kit and these guys were all busy and at the same time we ALL able to work together to get me the item I needed. Service like this is seldom seen in auto parts stores. Kudos to Sean and the crew here.
