I had a phenomenal experience here! I noticed my tire was low while I was in an unfamiliar part of town, and I saw this Town Fair Tire location on my way home, so I decided to stop in and ask if they could help! From the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease. The first sales associate I spoke with was an absolute delight and immediately made me feel like I was in good hands! He came out to my car, thoroughly checked all of the tires, and let me know they could take my car in right away. I was especially surprised by this since I am used to waiting well over two hours at places like this! About 20 to 25 minutes later, another team member helped me check out. It was my first experience at this establishment, and a very positive one including their special-ordering tires and installing them. My wife and I are currently sitting in Town Fair Tire in Allston, and we are not customers. Our car’s electricals started failing on I-90, and we were lucky to make it off the highway and partway into a gas station lot next to Town Fair before it completely died. Angel from Town Fair came out when he saw that we were in trouble and not only helped push us out of traffic, but also jumped the car to get it fully into the lot, offered to let us wait inside the shop until the tow truck arrives, and gave us local recommendations of mechanics within the area. Good business starts with good people, and we can vouch that Town Fair Allston has good people behind the wheel.
