Alltown Car Wash

Staff has always been friendly and i appreciate having the different car wash options all in one spot. Automatic car washes work great and I love the option of also washing it myself.

I did self-wash and there was no soap coming out of the tube. Either it was broken or staff isn’t checking the amount of soap left. Wasted $$ cleaning my car with just water. The high pressure rinse wasn’t even working either. Very low pressure barely getting any dirt off my car. I was so disappointed.

for 7 dollars with the self service wash it gives u all u all the time u need to make my car shine

I got a car wash on Sunday in the drive thru car wash. I got the ultimate wash which was 22.00 and some change. During the car wash, my truck was tossed around a lot, unusually shaking in the car wash, I was relieved to get out of there when the wash was over. After my car wash, I found that the back bumper cover and rear hatch deck plate were shaved down, scratched, and ground from the one of the rotary washers on the back of the truck. Something is wrong with the car wash mechanism. I did email them but I haven't heard back yet, hopefully they reimburse me so I can fix the pieces that were damaged.
