Payed over 1000 to get my AC fixed and within days it had stopped working, right before I was moving. Had to wait almost 2 week to get in for a mistake they made. Then i open their reviews and they’re squeezing other people in! Then didn’t hear about my car for an entire day after waiting two weeks with no AC cause their mistake. Just to find out it was a 5 min fix!! They had the audacity to be rude when i’ve now been without my car for 3 days over an AC!!! That I already gave them an entire day for a simple quote. They’re disorganized and played with my money and time. I’m now over an hour away from my hometown with no vehicle because of Lisbon Tire. Will not be back.

We stopped in on a Monday morning, no appointment, and had our tire plugged and back on good as new within an hour. Mario was very professional, as was all of the staff! We will absolutely be back to Lisbon Tire for anything we need

They told me they’d bring me home and then flat-out lied once I got there, leaving me stranded. On top of that, the final bill wasn’t what they originally said, and no one bothered to communicate or take accountability.

Mario was able to get me in for a last minute oil change on a Saturday morning and I am so pleased with their service! Price was super reasonable and Mario is such a nice guy! I will most definitely be a returning customer from now on.

Lisbon Tire is hands down the best tire shop I’ve ever dealt with. Their honesty and professionalism truly set them apart—no upselling, just straightforward advice and fair pricing. The staff is knowledgeable, courteous, and genuine. It’s rare to find a mechanic shop this trustworthy and dependable. I can't recommend Lisbon Tire enough! This place is a true gem.
