We purchased a Honda Pilot for my Son from Ezra, first, it was really easy to deal with him, and he made the entire process great. We were looking for a beater car to last my son a year or two, and we were lucky when we found that Ezra had a decent sized SUV for a great price and nothing wrong with it. So we immediately went by the shop, he let us take a test drive in it, and then we thought everything over. Once we decided we then paid him for the car, and the same day we paid him, I asked if he knew anyone that could detail it for us, and not only did he take care of this, but then, he delivered the car to my home while I was at work, so when my Son got home, it was sitting there for him. I wouldn't buy a car from Ezra. He's just another scam artist who takes people's money and then never returns texts or answers his phone. I Zelled him $1000.00 to start a contract in July 2025 and jumped through every hoop he had presented but yet still hasn't returned my money. Buyer beware!

I cannot say enough to clearly convey how exceptionally AMAZING this business is! When I came here for financing I was laid off from my job and my credit was strained…I also had some personal issues that complicated my registration process. Regardless of my roller coaster of emotions thought the process ranging from frustration to complete joy, the owner (Ezra) remained professional, steadfast and optimistic through it ALL! His outlook was always encouraging and even worked after closing time to assure I was able to purchase the vehicle I not only needed, but the vehicle I WANTED! Other businesses should really take notes from Eazy Auto!

Found my truck listing online as I am from upstate ny. Was a quick processes, straight forward and very professional. Drove my denali 3-1/2 hours back home the day I bought it with no issues at all. Great customer service for sure

Buying process was easy, car is in decent shape. However, I bought the warranty and have been unable to use it. The warranty provider claims the issues I have are not covered and are refusing to pay. Also making it incredibly difficult for my mechanic to work with. Tried to follow up here to get more info on warranty and was left on read after texting the owner. $1500 extra to replace a power steering rack to get the car working correctly after paying 4-5k over market value in the first place.
