I've had the good fortune to not need the services of Allwayz Auto Repair for a good length of time until the other day. I couldn't help but notice how their reception area is laid out MUCH better than the last time I visited. Regarding this experience, Allwayz under-promised and over-delivered. I called on Monday regarding a fuel leak, and Amanda informed they could check it out by Wednesday but possibly sooner if I dropped my vehicle off that day. I did so, and they were able to advise me on a couple other repairs later that day which made sense to me. I received a reasonable quote on those, and approved the work. On Tuesday, I was informed the work on the additional repairs along with the original issue have been completed. I found the diagnostic and the repairs to be quite reasonable..
Disapointing service at Allwayz Auto Repair. My truck was brought to Allwayz Auto to replace the block heater and a quick test drive. After two weeks, they still hadn't replaced the heater but charged me $250.00 for cleaning a sensor and doing an inspection I never approved. When I picked it up, the truck ran worse. I discovered a broken plenum and missing engine cover - damage the mechanic admitted causing, but never told me about. I then had to pay $400.00 elseware to fix their mistake. In the end, they didn't do the job I requested and left me with additional repairs. So, all in all, it actually cost me $650.00 to bring my truck to Allwayz, and I still don't have a block heater. Very disapointed, I will never go back to "Allwayz auto Rip Off or Repair". Really Shane? Your response
Very friendly staff, service was fast and efficient, shop was clean, and prices were reasonable. Give them a try, you'll be happy you did.
I am still floored by the amazing service here and honest pricing!! I was quoted thousands of dollars by two other shops. Allwayz Auto took a step back and fixed my issue completely for WAY WAY less. They truly want to save you time and money. I will never go anywhere else!! Thank you so much!!
