Sands Auto South

We purchased a GMC Terrain for our daughter. Sands was upfront about the code the car had and we knew we could get it fixed. When we took it to the shop, they found the entire frame of the vehicle had substantial rust and deemed it not safe to drive. I contacted my sales rep Jordan and told him what happened, sent over the photos and discussed if we had any options. They were able to work with us to get a different vehicle. This is the third vehicle we have purchased and we will be back again.

Bought a truck from Ray a week ago. Had it looked over today, and I am very happy with my purchase! At one point he told me "I do my best to be honest with my customers, but we are dealing with used cars". He told me I could have it looked at before buying but I have some car knowledge so I felt comfortable looking at them and him giving me direction on what would fit my needs. Told me if he knew something was wrong, told me which ones he thought were good. Everything seemed priced well, some better then others. I'll be back in the spring for my daughter! Ray Rocks! A+++

This was a 45min drive outside of Minneapolis but it was worth it. The sales person, Jacob, was very polite and courteous. He stayed a little later because I could not make it before closing. I left with a car under my budget and did not feel pressured from Jacob to exceed that at any point. The building is very clean. Will return for other vehicles in the future.

Went about as bad as it could go. Paid 8000 for a 2014 ram with 200,000 miles but it was extremely clean and it is a laramie. After about one week of ownership I had to get front axel shafts, cv axel, front struts, ball bearings, and rotors and pads all the way around. About 1 month later it developed a terrible misfire im assuming is plugs. And now either the gears in the front pumpkin went out or my transfer case is shot. Also makes a terrible clunking noise when I try and drive it. My salesman who I think was named Jordan seemed to do his best to help me out but they could only Help with 1500 of my 4500 of work and that was only some of the stuff that needed to be done. I probably have about 3000 at least more I will need to put into it to make it run right. I would never buy a vehicle
