Luc, Chaz and Jeremy are great! They made Finding the right parts super easy and returning items very simple, even when I damaged the box! Great problem solving skills as well

I would give 5 stars but Tommy the tool isn’t very good at customer service. When I called to ask for someone personally he said “ do you mind if I tell them it’s the FBI?” I think that is very unprofessional and not funny in the slightest. I have dealt with Tommy in the past and he has never once gotten me the right parts and I have to go back in and demand the correct ones. I see Tommy standing around avoiding work more often than I can count. When I go into the store I avoid him at all costs if I don’t see anyone else in the store I turn around and walk out knowing that it’s better to come back and get someone who knows what they are doing like Luc or Jeremy.

Luc was great, he got my cabin filter for my vehicle, but the inventory was off when it came to engine air filter. Have to try someplace else.
