Lou at Alpha Autobody II in Freeport is the best! He dealt with my insurance, managed all the extra needed work, set me up with a rental, and kept me updated with photos. My car was back in just over a week, fully repaired, detailed inside and out, and looking brand new. If you want your car in great hands and to be treated like family, this is the place!

Allstate recommended Alpha Auto body as their client hit my daughters car and was taking care of the repairs. I couldn't be more happy with their work. Not only are they super friendly and knowledgeable but made sure that I was taken to and from getting a rental car. Dropped her car off on a Monday morning and they had her car fixed , washed and even shined her headlights for me! Hopefully I will never need to see them again but if I do I highly recommend this company. Very impressed!

After years of street parking in Astoria, my BMW needed some serious love. Louie and the team at Alpha Auto Body repainted my front and rear bumpers and did a full compound and polish — the car looks brand new. The price was beyond reasonable, the work was flawless, and it only took a few days. Louie sent me videos and updates every step of the way. Got sideswiped on the commute. Louie and staff were super helpful, professional and even took me over to grab a rental when I brought my car in. I was in a car accident. Rear ended at a stop sign. My car had less than 6,000 miles on . It was heartbreaking. I went to Alpha Auto Body because they were recommended by my insurance . I thought the people working there were super helpful . They even helped me get a rental car. My car was a MESS the pics don't look as bad as it was in person. They made the car look brand new again in 1 week. Someone I know waited 2 weeks atanother shop and the car wasn't even cleaned afterward. I'd like to thank Alpha Auto Body for making my car look GREAT!! Only 1 small issuse They forgot to text an update for when the car would be done but I called them and got the estimated time. All in all I would Reccomend them !!
