They handled everything including the insurance claim, without me having to constantly follow up or worry. They kept me in the loop, gave me honest timelines, and delivered exactly what they promised. That kind of trust and professionalism is rare. Seeing my car look brand new again genuinely lifted a weight off my shoulders. Their kindness, their skill, and the pride they take in their work truly show. Reality Motors was truly wonderful throughout my experience there! Everyone there was super helpful and were very patient while my family and I had questions. The service was great the receptionist was very accommodating and informative. They do pictures for insurance companies. Only place in Baldwin that did it for us. Anytime I need anything done with my car, this is where we’ll come. My wife and I appreciate them! Highly Recommended for all car repair needs and body work !
