I have had Ricardo and his team repair several of my Teslas over the past few years and underwrite their professionalism, expertise, customer service, attention to detail, precision and cleanliness without any hesitation. They delivered the car ahead of schedule. If you’re unfortunate to need a Tesla auto body repair, this is the only place to go… other than their other facility in Long Island city, who I’ve also used and similarly review. They’re the best!

Recently (September '25), 2 of my vehicles were parked in front of my house and they were struck by another vehicle. We decided to have the vehicles towed to Certified Collision in Freeport because we had some work done by them in the past. We met with a representative named Ricardo and he was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He advised us of the process and kept us informed every step of the way. He made us aware of unseen damage to the vehicles, advising us that there was severe damage to the frames of the both vehicles. Unfortunately, both vehicles were determined to be a total loss by the insurance company and Certified did not work on the vehicles. Due to that experience with Certified and Ricardo, we did use Certified to replace the bumper and do additional work on another v
