Marvin from Alpha Auto Glass was prompt, professional, and extremely courteous. Before starting the installation, he made sure the new windshield was clean and confirmed it was the correct one. The entire process took about 40 minutes, and his attention to detail was impressive. He thoroughly cleaned the glass inside and out, wiped down my dashboard, and even cleaned both door steps for a spotless finish. For convenience, he also accepts Zelle and Venmo, which is great if you’re not carrying cash. I highly recommend Alpha Auto Glass to anyone in need of windshield or auto glass replacement.

I called Alpha Auto Glass because the seal on my Subaru Crosstrek had started peeling out. I called on a Monday, they sent someone to my home the next day. The man was very friendly and was working on the seal, and told me it just SNAPS IN! He fixed it in about 3 minutes and then told me NO CHARGE after talking to the dispatch. It was a very positive experience in every way, including how friendly and polite they were. I will definitely call them for future jobs.

Alpha was recommended by a friend and I am so grateful to have worked with them-- After calling they offered to come to my house the very next day and replace the cracked front windshield on my Subaru Crosstrek. Due to my own concern with the rain, we decided to reschedule and it was no problem for them to visit the day after. The repairman was friendly and efficient, he finished the job in exactly 20 minutes. The best part is, their price for the service was much lower than the other glass repair shops I contacted. I don't expect any issues with the new windshield, but if anything happens they promised a lifetime warranty. Fastest, affordable service I've every received from any industry. I walked out to go to work, found my window broken and called and had a guy right out here with the back passenger side window in 30 min. I was amazed they had the window in stock and in, in a matter of an hour! 👍👍👍👍👍 I recommend to any one who walks out to their car broken into and window busted!!! Thanks guys you were great!

Not only were they the ONLY people in a 360 mile radius that could even find a new windshield for my 25 year old car, they did an incredible job!
