Alpha Automotive Locust Grove - a Main Street Auto shop

These guys were awesome. I was in a bind as I was on my way to work in Savannah. I live in Atlanta and the car was making a really loud noise. I was recommended to this place by my sister, and I wasn’t sure if they would be able to service me same day because they had a lot full of cars. The general manager (forgive me I don’t remember his name,) but he was extremely kind to me and went above and beyond to go get a part for me at a different location in order to get me on the road. the young lady who works behind the counter, was extremely friendly, very professional. It was a great experience considering my circumstances would recommend them in a heartbeat

Our tire went flat on the way home from Florida to Ontario. The staff were great. Diagnosed the issue and although they did not have a replacement tire they plugged the damaged one and said it would be good until we got home. The price was fair. It was repaired and we were on our way.

Finding a competent, honest, and reasonably priced auto shop/mechanic is worth their weight in gold. I love this place and every single staff member that works here. Lindsey & Lindsey, the two who run the front desk are beyond amazing. Honest, no BS, but kind and hilarious. I never fear that they are trying to upcharge or recommend unnecessary services. They stand by their work. If you are searching for a mechanic STOP. You found them, your search is over, you've located the unicorn.

Scott is the man!!! He always gives great service and lets you know exactly whats going on! They replaced my cabin air filter and my alternator and checked my car for any other problems and then let me know what I will need to fix in the near future! I had a girls worst nightmare of finding rodent droppings in my car and he took the time to check the engine bay to find any problems regarding my wires and making sure nothing got chewed up without being asked! All in all great service with great prices, I will always trust them with my car:)

I moved here from Florida and was seeking a mechanic. Of course, I was skeptical because I have an older vehicle, which is my baby- the fear of allowing someone different to work under the hood was very overwhelming. However, Lindsey help put the anxiety to rest, and I agreed to allow them to service my vehicle. I was very pleased. They have worked on my car twice and both times it was completed in a timely manner, and the work done helped me determine that this shop will be baby's caretaker.😁
