If I could give it more I definitely would! Jay and the team took care of my Silverado and got it back to me probably quicker than anyone would have. From start to finish they stayed In touch with me and didn’t get annoyed by me asking questions. I would recommend these guys to anyone with transmissions issues! Don’t go anywhere else. I live 1.5 hrs from them and still came here. Thanks guys! It runs so much better now. I appreciate yall!

Great costumer service and speedy service. The team knocked out the job in a day and had my vehicle ready. Not only a stand up job, but great communication on the status of my vehicle. Much appreciated on my end and will only use lake city for now on!

I was referred to go there and inquire about some work to be done . Dropped my vehicle to be looked at and was given options about my repairs. I’m pleased with the whole inter action with the guys!!

We took our vehicle to Lake City Transmission in Locust Grove last year. Within two days, they knew what the issue was (after being at a dealership for over a month) and had it back to us within one week of having it. They also were very up front about what it could be, the cost, and were in communication with us the entire time. They also let us know there is an aftermarket transmission in there which we didn’t know. We will definitely use Lake City again if we have to.
