If your looking for a T-rex or any customization, Durend is hands down the best in the business. Even before deciding to go with Trex cite for my purchase, Durends follow up was amazing. Not pushy, just there with any questions you might have. The follow up didn't stop after putting a deposit on my T-rex. Durend gave me unasked for updates all along the way. Just bought a Campagna T-Rex from Trexcite, Durend made everything easy and was helpful throughout the entire process from search to customization to delivery. This work of art is just mind-blowing. Every ride is an adrenaline rush. The handling is on point, and the acceleration is begging me to finish the 500 mile breakin. It's aggressive design grabs attention everywhere it goes so expect alot of heads to turn. 5 Stars no question! Even before purchasing my T-Rex, I spoke with Durend for almost a year off and on before pulling the trigger. His customer service never made me feel like I was annoying him and always responded fast to my questions. After my purchase, he stayed in contact on the regular and kept me updated on my build. In between time, I request adjustments to my build and he was more than happy to make the changes. Once I received my T-rex, the build and quality is to perfection! He continued to stay in contact with me, walked me through any questions with my upgrades, and assisted me through my 500 mile service. Any questions or actions left for Durend to do, you never have to ask twice or follow up. He is more than a dealer to me at this point, he is definitely a friend.
