I grew up in sandpoint, I currently live in kootenai county and couldnt get a dealership to fix my truck. Alpine got me right in and fixed me!!! They stayed in contact the whole time. The dealership stayed with the issue till it was fully taken care of without any excuses! Andrew went above and beyond and I wont go anywhere else now!!!!

I had been looking for a newer used SUV this past winter and wanted to purchase locally. I kept checking inventories at several places but most were all out of my price range or not the model I wanted. I contacted Alpine and spoke with Salesman Noah to let him know what I had in mind, although they didn't have anything at the time. A couple of months later, he let me know that he thought they had the perfect vehicle, low miles, excellent shape, AWD. It was perfect, bought it right away as I knew it wouldn't last. I felt this was exceptional customer service on their end. I love my new car!
