Elite Tire & Suspension

Today I had terrific service at Elite Tire in Sandpoint. I knew I needed new tires, they informed me they were on sale. I also needed an alignment and a problem with a broken bolt. Then I was informed they now did oil changes and I would get a 25% discount so I added that to everything being done. The whole time I waited they kept me informed of what was being done. Polite, experienced and professional employees. This was such a great experience. Thank you Margo Johnson

The guys at Elite are great! They installed a Westcott Designs lift on my TRD Pro Sequoia. They called Westcott (also great) and asked a few questions as they hadn’t installed this type of pre collar lift before. They took the time to double check to make sure it was installed correctly and I really appreciate that. My Sequoia rides great and looks even better after the lift and a set of 34” tires installed by Elite. Solomon is awesome. He’s a great guy and his customer service is the best I’ve encountered in the tire world (and probably anywhere else)! I won’t go anywhere else but Elite for tires or suspension work.

Great place! They solved an elusive front suspension problem for a very reasonable price. When I had a follow up issue they fixed it quickly and professionally. It's hard to find this kind of service anymore but they deliver! Thanks!

The first thing that hooked me on this place was when my car was driving funny I pulled in and told them about it. They said we don’t have time to get you in right now, but let’s put it up on the lift just to make sure that you’re safe to drive it. That’s where they won my business! Seriously, the best staff/group of people who Always offer knowledge, kindness and great customer service overall! Don’t take my word for it, check them out for yourself and you’ll see!

Stopped in to get tires. Prices good, very friendly service and incredibly fast. Also got an estimate for some front end work. Other place in town wanted an appointment, 2 hours, “put it up on the rack” kind of felt cornered there. No problem at Big Brands. Came back to get another car done the following week. Will be doing the front end work and more tires too.
