Just had a wonderful experience at this location. I had a headlight out, and Tony was super helpful in finding the right bulbs and installing them within a matter of minutes. So grateful for the prompt and efficient customer service during my hectic lunch break. Thank you! 😊

The staff here is not very friendly or helpful. One guy at the checkout and two guys standing around. I also called to get parts for a Miata, they didn't even know who made it. I get that you can't know every make and model, but for really well-known cars it just shows they don't know much about cars.

Today at O’Reilly Auto Parts, I had a fantastic experience. Oda not only diagnosed my car battery issue but also kindly installed the new one for me. His helpfulness really made my day. Thanks again Oda!

Horrible help behind the counter. May as well order stuff from Amazon. Derek from Vice Grip Garage led me there, but after my last 2 experiences I'll be going back to Napa..

This is my 1st time ever leaving a review. Never let things get to me this much. But Customer service at the counter was being difficult. bought an ignition switch with my debit card, gave my girl the receipt to return it cus we didnt need it afterall so she can do her shopping instead. And they wouldn't give her cash back...paid with my debit card and had a receipt..never going back there
