Al's Superwash

The brush scratches up my paint pretty bad, super disappointed by that. If you’re only using the hose though, it’s pretty good. Does what it needs to. Took me a second to figure out the card to token system, but I worked it out. All the pics are things that weren’t there before

-1 STAR used last stall (eastside) and didn't notice that the brush was scratching my new car up!!! The brissles are very short compared to the other brushes. they need to install a New brush and check them to make sure that they're in good conditon. My car is black so the scratches are very noticable when dry. NEVER GOING BACK AND WARNING MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO STEER CLEAR FROM THAT PLACE!!!!!! Also, the wash machine does not always register the correct minutes that you pay for*(

Oh, hell no. The wash was . . . not anything that remotely washed my car. Wand and soap did nothing. Also went to vacuum and it just ate all my tokens. Never turned on or gave them back or anything. No phone number, or contact info visibly posted. Poorly maintained by the shabby looks of everything and quality of the machinery. Why even bother?

Last bay closest to Beaverton Hillsdale Hwy doesn't work. The coins are jammed and they will eat your money without activating. Fix it please!

It's about two miles to my house, so it's been convenient, but the last two times I went the credit-card token machine doesn't dispense tokens. I called and got my money back yesterday, but it still doesn't work today and I'm not going to call . . . I'm not going back, either. Close by = convenient. Effectively no credit cards = damned inconvenient. It won't be hard for me to plan to use other car washes since I'm all over the Portland area several times a week. EDIT: I went to Al's the other day and the token machine was working properly. Because it is close to me, I'm very happy about it. I have raised by rating from two to four stars.
