A&M EXPRESS CAR CARE

This business specifically (Angel) tries to tell me that I need to replace my rotors every time I replace my brake pads because they don’t make metal like they used to. I have owned cars for over 15 years never in my life have I heard anyone say any garbage like that. Yes overtime you do have to replace your rotors, but it’s not you do one. You do the other every single time. Even the dealership does not replace your rotors every time you replace your brake pads that just doesn’t make any sense. I confronted him and told him that he’s a scammer and if you care about the integrity of where you take your car, do not go to this place.

This place will take apart your car searching for crap to up sell you. I took it for an oil change, they rip apart my glove box to show me a filter I never asked them to check. Do not go here is you need a simple service done.

Very unprofessional and rude when in to get my oil changed and the man upfront was on his cellphone didnt even look up when he finally did he said "yo what you need?" 🙄. At that point I could tell this was a mistake. So I said nothing thank you and left. Someone on drugs was sitting on the driveway asking for money. Its like a junk yard with a lift. I normally try and support small businesses but not this one. I read through the comments and it seems like the minute you give a bad review the unprofessional owner responds back telling you take your businesses elsewhere or bashing people and or their cars. Smh I should have read the comments before waiting to be greeted. Got amazing service at splash down the road.

Hey, I’d avoid A&M Express Car Care in Bridgeport. I went for a simple oil change, brought my own full synthetic oil from Walmart, and it turned into a mess. The guy pushed me to replace my cabin air filter, saying it was super dusty and bad for me, without mentioning it’d cost thirty-five bucks! I agreed, but then the total bill was seventy-one eighty-nine, way more than the twenty-five-dollar oil change I expected. When I questioned it, he just shrugged it off. I checked AutoZone later—cabin filters there are twenty-two to twenty-five bucks, not thirty-five! Felt like a total rip-off, with high-pressure upsells and sneaky charges. Stick to your service, say no to their “recommendations,” or better yet, go somewhere else. Total scam vibe.

Angle and muigel are amazing. I have never received such wonderful service when getting my car serviced They did what i asked and didn't they to sell me anything I didn't need. I highly recommend these gentalman. May they have a prosperous 2020/in all shapes and forms
