This is the worst car lot I've ever been to! Very bad business men!!!My daughter & her grandma went to buy her first car. Both are tiny women weighting under 100 lbs. & These men took full advantage of that.. they've been avoiding us since they purchased it on FRIDAY AFTERNOON the 19th of September. By the time she got home it was smoking & cutting off. I contacted them on the next day September 20th. The son said he couldn't do anything/know anything w/o his dad who is out of town. (Knew that was a lie)... Said he would be in touch w/us before the weekend was out. Never heard anything!! So... The oil light was on because it was leaking into the antifreeze. BUYER BEWARE. I bought a Subaru here on 11/03/2025. It is now 01/03/2026 and I still have not received the title. Ohio law requires dealers to provide a title within 40 days of purchase. Can't get a plate for the car or drive it because of this negligence. I reported this dealer to the Ohio Attorney General for resolution.

I bought a car there a few years ago 2004 mercury sable, I paid 1500, I did put some money into for suspension issues after a few months of driving it, but she was good car until the engine block itself cracked. I will tell you don’t go on any car auction days because that’s where they buy their inventory, so they are busy on those days, which is what I ran into when I went? but they apologized and we made a deal on my car and my brother has also bought two cars from them.

I had a great experience the vehicles are what to be expected for the price they are asking. I bought my van almost 2 years ago and it's been very reliable . Looking to get a second vehicle from them.
