I visited to ask if a crack could be repaired(rock damage) and the folks there got me all set up through insurance to have my windshield replaced! They worked with my schedule and were very helpful. Much better experience than I have had with that other large "Safe" company!

I dropped and picked up my truck after hours. They left the inside of my truck filthy! It took multiple phone calls and voincemails to get answers on the filth left behind. John wanted me to come back so that they could clean it. A 40 minute drive or 80 minutes round trip, I declined. He apologized. 2.499 star review, only because I got the windshield I wanted. Would I recommend this shop, sure. But be aware, the inside of your vehicle might be filthy. Estimate a few hours to clean it. Please see my pictures.

Alot of businesses turn their nose up if they have to give "extra" service to earn someone's money. American Auto Glass is the HUGE exception to that. Christine went above and beyond to help us with our windshield replacement process. She didn't have to, and she didn't hesitate either. I would give this business 10 stars if I could. Thank you AAG !!

I had my 2018 f150 front windshield replaced. From start to finish everything was done promptly clean and precise 10/10 Ill be coming back if service is ever needed

Would definitely recommend American Auto glass! John was super helpful and quickly resolved my issue. Another shop told me I had an issue with my window switches and he was able to not only find out that wasn’t the issue but find the true problem and fix it within an hour! So helpful!
