The overall service from beginning to end was amazing. Another car company did not honor our reservation, but American car rental picked us up and took good care of us. They even called after we dropped off the call to confirm our deposit return. We will definitely go back to American car rental the next time we’re in town.

While driving from Texas to Alabama my car broke down. I tried getting a rental at Enterprise at first, and even though they had dozens of cars listed to choose from on the website, I was told that they had "no cars" when I called to see if they did shuttle service (mind you, this was AFTER I already booked online). So I tried American Auto and they not only had the perfect rental car available for what I needed, but they immediately came and picked me up from the dealership where I was with my broken down car! They didn't charge me for the ride over to them, just did it to help me out since I was stranded. They were all so kind and the rental was almost new, super clean, and got great mileage (Corolla). No issues at all apart from the cruise control wasn't set up, and we weren't sure how

My very first time renting a car ever and it’s so pretty and so nice. And they were so nice and courteous. I want use enterprise or Hertz they’re so high But American Auto rental is my choice of renting a car. Y’all have my business anytime I need a rental. And will tell others about y’all. This is the car I rented from them and it’s so nice and pretty. Thank you American Auto y’all have my business from now on

Goodmorning. I would like to recommend American Auto Rental in Monroe Louisiana who is in need of a rental. I meet the sweetest two people name Jessica and kammy they were professional and patient and meet all my needs and I was in a 2025 Nissan Altima very nice car I will be renting again in a couple weeks. Prices are very reasonable.

I’ve rented from them multiple times and have never had a bad experience. It’s great to support a locally owned business that consistently delivers. Highly recommend
