American Complete Auto Repair

I have been coming to this shop for years. Very quick turnaround and get me back on the road quickly. Always fair and knowledgeable about my cars issues. We have American and foreign cars and they can handle big and small jobs on both types of vehicles. I would definitely recommend!

I bring all my vehicles here for maintenance and repairs, and I have always had a great experience. Everything is consistently completed same day, or completed in the timeframe they give you. I always feel confident and relaxed when I leave. When it comes to larger repairs they'll walk you through timelines costs. In three word would describe them as Honest, Efficient, and Reliable.

No good for transmissions.. I told them I unhooked the battery cable to reset the computer because I put an electric part in. The still took my key and pulled my car in to only do a diagnostic check. And came back to me an told me nothing is popping up because I restarted the computer. I already told them this, I had to take my car somewhere else and they told me they was supposed to drive the car if they knew this. They did that to charge me $100 to do nothing. This place is a scam. And took my $100 and didn't do nothing. I had to take somewhere else. I would give them 0 stars if I could. And 1 of the mechanics was listening to me and someone in the office and they still scammed me

Been to this shop about 5 times and had mixed experiences. The first 4 visits went fairly smoothly and the lady at the front desk was kind and attentive, however I raised an eyebrow when they told me I needed a new air filters for the engine and cabin when I had changed them less than 5 days before I brought my car in. Not the end of the world, whatever. However my 5th visit, there was a middle aged man at the counter who was so disrespectful right out the gate it made me never want to return. Eye rolls, heavy sighs, and just a general demeanor filled with attitude that I decided to get my car looked at elsewhere. I won't be returning just based on principle of being talked down to.

Excellent shop! The work was completed quickly and perfectly. I highly recommend this shop. The owner was very helpful and so was the staff. Hands down, the best experience I have ever had in auto repair.
