They got me in and out quickly without making me feel rushed, and they took the time to explain everything clearly. I really appreciated how honest and straightforward they were about pricing and what my vehicle actually needed. No pressure, no upselling — just good, dependable service. It’s hard to find places that are both efficient and genuinely caring, but they definitely delivered. American Fast Lane has been so accommodating, helping us get home after we had to leave our car there to be serviced. They have gone above and beyond, checking every possible outcome to make sure our car was good and ready before we went on our road trip! The staff are always so sweet and helpful and make you feel like you're in good hands. Again, I can't thank y'all enough for all you've done keeping us moving!

Had an appointment on Monday, brought truck in was assured it would be completed before closing. We left the truck because the delivery truck with the tires was late. Absolutely not the companies fault. We called at 9:30 this morning (Tuesday )and was told it would be ready in an hour. It is now 11:30 we are here waiting and it’s not finished. We will not be back. The young lady in the office was very nice.

Be careful with these people and that nasty young lady Wish the others still ran it. Different management surely changes everything. Used y'all for years and now you've shown the lack of service and automotive knowledge being done today NOTICE THE KNLY GOOD REVIEWS ARE FROM BEFORE WITH THE OTHER MANAGEMENT... Let everyone know they take advantage of the young and elderly . My grandson paid for service they charged him for and they never fixed it nor refunded the part. They say he brought the part in himself. I guess the ignorant lady did not remember that was not the knock Sensor he brought in that wasn’t fixed IT WAS THE WINDSHIELD WIPER PUMP FASTLANE SAID THEY RE[PLACED AND SOLD THE PART TO HIM. YET THEY DID NOT REPLACE THAT NOR DID THEY REFUND THE CHARGES
