When I walk in the store no ok said hello are nothing and the guy didn't ask as if he want to assist me. As the Manager had to say something to him.

Very resourceful guys! They are always very helpful and work with you until they find what you need. My only complaint is: phones at their store need the volume turned up. If you have to call the store for anything you can hardly hear them speaking.

Customer service is usually pretty good here and the staff is usually very nice and knowledgeable. The store is usually very clean considering it is a auto parts place... And has most of the time what we need at reasonable prices. The reason for the four stars instead of five is because of the very rude and impatient employee who answered the phone when I had called to ask for pricing on a starter for my husband's truck.... I understand it was close to closing and he may of had a long day but snapping and almost hollering the outrageous price on the phone when I asked him to please repeat it for me was a little unnecessary. It actually caused us to take our business elsewhere instead of ordering a refurbished part the next day!Great customer service and professionalism should be upheld al

In the past I have had some unsavory experiences at this particular location and as a result I withheld my business from O'Reilly for 10 years. however I cannot say the same for the current staff that I encountered who were quite helpful and appropriate.

Very helpful. I needed a new battery in my car keys. I only brought one . The man changed it out and told me to come back and he would put the other one in. He said I bought two batteries and he would put two batteries in.
