The service department was very helpful in resolving the issues with my 2021 Silverado They got my truck in and out without all the headaches of dealing with service departments. The waiting area was very comfortable and I was updated frequently as the technician diagnosed the problems. The workers were friendly and made you feel welcomed. I would highly reccomend this service department

I called and asked if I could schedule a front end alignment. The response I was given was, "No!," with no further explanation. So, I asked if they still do them. He said, "Yeah, but it will be two weeks out." I said, "Okay. Thank you," and hung up. He didn't offer that explanation until I asked. He didn't say, "Yes, we do them, but we're booked up for the next two weeks. Would you like to schedule it anyway?" He definitely needs some customer service training. They always do my front end alignments, but won't be doing anymore after today.
