American is hands down my go-to auto shop and the owner of the shop Zac is the person I trust with my car every time. He takes the time to explain things in a way that makes sense and never makes me feel pressured or taken advantage of. It’s rare to find a mechanic who genuinely cares about both the car and the customer, but Zac does exactly that. Fair pricing, quality work, and great service every visit. From day one, he’s always been honest, dependable, and upfront about what my car actually needs. Knowing my car is in Zac’s hands gives me real peace of mind. I came here this week because I suspected I had an exhaust leak in my car, I showed up with no appointment, they identified the issue in about ten minutes, and they gave me two options: one was lower cost to repair what absolutely needed to be done and the second was to replace a larger section of pipe to fix things that would likely be issues down the line. I really appreciated these options, I decided to do the larger fix, and they had it done in under an hour! Wonderful people all around, I didn’t feel ripped off, and my car is running smoothly! 10/10!

I needed my inspection and I had the check engine light on. The mechanic at American was honest and suggested affordable options to fix my car and the check engine light and they worked. Then, my car passed inspection. This is an honest shop and they do good work and they don’t keep you waiting long , too. I can’t recommend them enough to my family and others.

Came in to have my exhaust checked. I was treated very good the service was great checked at no cost. Dan and Phil explained and showed me what needed to be replaced and took the time to show me the work that was done. Was treated very fairly. Felt very comfortable honest good price for great quality work.I highly recommend their service.
