American Tire & Auto Care - Bordentown

I came in with my vehicle After just coming from Hamilton Honda for service and they basically told me the whole bottom of the car and the ball joints in the arms. Everything was cracked and broken and needed to be fixed ASAP. I talked to Jose and then Rob got on the phone to service manager was able to sneak me in to look at the car at the same day put it up on a Lyft and basically advised me I had time left on most of the items there was one or two things that were critical and I did get them taken care of but saved me a ton of money and I appreciate the honesty. They now have a new permanent customer me and my family great job.

This place is awesome! The first thing I noticed when I walked in was how clean the Waiting area was. They have plenty of comfortable chairs and a huge leather couch a big bathroom, Coffee, Water,. And free Wi-Fi. All the employees there are very friendly and Knowledgeable. It only took an hour to change my oil and rotate my tires. I will definitely be coming back here for anything my Toyota Tacoma might need. 👍

I have brought multiple cars in for multiple issues. I feel I’m always getting treated fairly and given an honest opinion at this place. They could have told me differently and got more money out of me but they don’t. They will give you simpler options. My wife has gone alone and felt the same way which she seriously appreciates. I’d recommend this place to anyone tired of getting gauged.

I called a day before and American Tire was able to order my tires and install them the next day. I was in and out in 45 minutes. They have very competitive pricing and are much less expensive than my Acura dealer.

I had a worry that after hitting a significantly deep pothole that my tires or suspension might be compromised. Without an appointment, I was taken promptly and the entire staff that I interacted with were friendly and accommodating. All was good with my concerns, but the mechanic did find a large screw embedded in one tire at an angle that didn’t cause a leak. Overall, a wonderful experience.
