Bordentown Meineke has been my go to place for years. Dave is always helpful and very respectful upon arriving and checking my vehicle in for service. I have never been pressured into having any services done at that moment that were not critical. Even if they were critical, I was advised but not pressured. I would recommend Meineke of Bordentown. Always a pleasure doing business with Dave and his service crew

I brought my company truck to this location on a day it was about to break down, not only did they not fix the issue that I was having they let me pick it up without relaying that the actual problem was corrected and when I went to drive off the lot my entire truck started shaking, I’ve never had a mechanic not give me the correct information and advise me correctly if they could not fix it that it would be necessary to have it towed to another location, instead I was made to believe it was drivable, they instead acted as if they did not care. I would not recommend this location to anyone they do not know how to articulate to the customer information that is needed correctly

Communication and service seemed good initially. Over $1,300 later for brakes and an air compartment fliter, when I picked up my vehicle, the content of my glove compartment was gone with the exception of my vehicle manual. After multiple calls with no response and consistent follow-up, an answer was ultimately provided, "we have nothing here". Well, where exactly did my items go, they are not in my car? My recommendation ...if you choose this facility, remove all items from the vehicle and/or take pictures. These items were not of tremendous value, but should have been addressed and not so readily dismissed. Extremely disappointed and will not return or recommend.

Dave was excellent to work with and didn’t give me the typical mechanic runaround. The shop has a great online system that provides photos of all recommended repairs as well as pictures of the completed work. It’s incredibly reassuring and transparent, something that feels more and more rare in this industry. Highly recommend to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and effective service!

Came in for an engine oil change and everything went smoothly. The job was done quickly and professionally, and my car’s been running great since. The staff got the work done efficiently, and I appreciate that they took care of everything without any hassle. Overall, solid service — I’d definitely come back again.
