Genuinely the nicest and most honest group of people in the business. Got my brakes done late last year and unfortunately said brakes became faulty within a couple months. I came in told them the problem and they replaced them free of charge without any hassle on my end. Been going here for years and hopefully a lot more to come.

Just got new tires for our Rivian. Ron Jr suggested something a bit different than I was thinking, and he was spot on. We went with his recommendation for Toyo AT3 Open Country EV tires. They're great, thanks!

Brought 4 tires in to be mounted for my cross country trip on a Tuesday. Got them back that afternoon. Wednesday morning tire pressure reads low. Brought back mid morning getting ready to leave that evening. Tech said the valve was leaking. He fixed and put back on. Great. Off I go that night. Get on the PA turnpike and get up to 70mph. Tires start to shake terribly. Had to drive across the country at 65mph. And there was another leaky tire that I had to fill at every gas fill up. I get to Colorado the next day and straight to Firestone. Sure enough. Each tire was two to five ounces out of balance. There was a leaky valve in the front tire and the TPMS was reading the wrong locations. They mounted them but didn’t balance. RW Tire decline a refund over the phone and wants to see
