THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! THEY TREAT THE SMALL SHOPS LIKE GARBAGE. THEY ALLOW THEIR DELIVERY DRIVERS THE ABILITY TO CANCEL A DELIVERY AND GO HOME IF THEY DON'T FEEL LIKE WORKING ANYMORE. THEY DON'T LET THE SMALL SHOP KNOW THEY AREN'T GOING TO DELIVER THEIR TIRES. SO THE SHOP WAITS AND WAITS AND WAITS. AND, OF COURSE THE SHOP'S CUSTOMER IS WAITING ALSO!! RUDE, SELF ABSORBED LIARS IS WHAT ATD IS FULL OF. THEY GIVE EXCUSES RIGHT OUT OF AN EXCUSE PLAYBOOK!! GOOD LUCK DEALING WITH THEM WHEN YOU HAVE AN ISSUE!!

The WORST customer service in the world! And Ive seen some bad ones.

They wrong wheel caps arrived and I called America tire asked if there are other sizes but they can’t tell me because I’m not a distributor but they sold them to me what the hell is going on
