Yet another tire shop that has no clue what they are doing! Absolutely destroyed my wheel and broke multiple studs due to improper torquing of the lug nuts. This type of careless work can get people killed. The only good thing I can say is that the pricing was reasonable but that doesn’t really matter if your wheel flies off!

American Tire in Bardstown, KY deserves every bit of a 5-star review. They went above and beyond for me and did an amazing job on my Corvette. From the moment I walked in, the whole team was extremely friendly, professional, and easy to work with. What I appreciated most was how honest they were. They took the time to explain what was needed, why it was needed, and never once tried to upsell me or push anything I didn’t need. Great prices, quality work, and people who actually care about doing it right. That combo is hard to find. I won’t take my vehicles anywhere else. Their team and commitment have earned my business for good.

Went to American tire Saturday morning to get a repair done on my tire. I have very expensive wheels and tires and I asked him could he possibly fix this l Told him that I was very picky and particular l didn’t want no scratches on the rims. He assured me that he could do the job without damaging my rims they took their time he got me in and took their time to ensure that I was satisfied just want to thank the crew at American tire for taking such good care of me thanks again

I was suppose to just have my water pump replaced and with that the timing belt. They said my timing belt cover was crack so I said to replace that. Something that should not have taken a month to do. I took it back due to oil being in the reservoir. They said I needed a head gasket even though I had no other issues. I got a 2nd opinion. They went thru it and found no issues after they flushed the coolant tank and lines. Now a couple months later I notice im losing oil and I take it to be looked at and they say its leaking oil from the area American Tire worked on. Will never recommend this place again and I had been getting my tires there for years.
