I waited 4 and 1/2 hours for this tow truck to come get me when they first told me it would be 60 to 90 minutes. I have AAA so the package I have only covers 100 miles. I went over 2 miles and AAA told me it should range from 8-12 dollars per mile. Sara Orozco informed me I owed $60 and I asked why when it was only 2 miles over . She said it was 5 miles over but earlier in the day she asked for my location so she can give it it to the tow truck driver , so clearly it wasn't 5 miles. I let her know I didn't appreciate her trying to charge me more then what I owed. She blamed AAA for the miscommunication about the mileage but I sent her number the location. I tried calling her when we had a disagreement about the mileage and she didn't even answer my call but she texted me after I called. Ve

I had requested a quote through message and got an immediate response. Sara worked with me to very quickly get my truck towed home and communicated regularly with me and my husband. Hands down best experience following a very terrible day having our truck break down.

This place is unreliable I was patient and understanding they had me leave my keys in my car on the side of the freeway told me it would be about 3 hours, 3 hours turned into 8 and then they stoped answering my texts and calls sent me straight to voicemail never came to get my car I don’t even think they were on the way it was all fraud to drag it out as long as they could to collect payment from my insurance company

They took my car then stopped responding at their phone or messages whatsoever. Called over 20 times no answer. They basically stole the vehicle so they can try to make extra storage money. What a scammers car will be reported stolen as of right now

They stole my car after I was told how many miles that wasn’t cover I told them to cancel the trip they still went and took anyways because they thought dealership was going pay for it they didn’t I got charged 4k plus they lied to aaa that I didn’t cancel the trip and also they said I told the dealership was paying for it when I clearly didn’t because I have the text message with the tow yard , I’m out of car and more so now how to smalls claims court and all that jazz
