These people charged me $5000 said they were rebuilding my transmission, drove the car a few months later Im back getting transmission work done smh... took it back under the 5000 miles warranty just so they can tell me the guy who initially did my trans had past away my condolences bt wht does tht have to do with my transmission going out on my Lexus GX460 under 90,000 miles ..which should've been rebuild ...The guy had an attitude whn I made my point. Looking for a good transmission shop go to J&W Transmission shop in Norfolk reasonable with quality work..

Bad service overall the guy up front seemed kind of slow, got some work done here went good till I drove it smh went back then they immediately say it’s cuz I have other issues ok if so why didn’t you tell me 10 mins ago when I picked my car up so I took it to another shop they said it was clear technician error they just con people no trust worthy

This place sucks took them a month too do my transmission after telling me I’ll be a week then 2 weeks after I pick it up the transmission go’s out again the place it’s at now say it looked lik the builder they have doesn’t know what he is doing I would not recommend going there they just take your money and kick you down the road

Top notch service center. Our Honda fit broke a CV Axle and we had it replaced here. We originally thought it was a transmission the way it went out, so we had it towed here on a Sunday afternoon. The best day they called and told us it was actually a CV Axle and that would have it repaired the next day by ten am. They called the next day and it was done at 7:15 am. Very impressed. Very professional. Would highly recommend!

No! I took my car in for a transmission estimate and left with a broken window. Window worked fine that morning, but when I picked it up, the window would not roll down. They explained to me that they only drove my car. Okay, but why is there grease on my inside passenger panel and a big print on my window. Why is my car suddenly jerking all over the place now? Sure! Maybe it's a coincidence, but you know the saying about coincidences. Regardless, I am very upset because now I have to pay someone else to fix my window. Plus, they kept my car nearly all day and claimed that they had called me. It's 2024, you know when someone tries to call you. No written paperwork given, no written estimate, no call, no working window!🤨 No! I do not recommend this establishment. I wish I would have never
