Amerishine Car Wash

Amerishine on Monroe Highway is the best. I became a member because of the staff! They are friendly. Always wave and smile. Assist you if you need it. Always have cleaning products topped off and plenty of towels! They remember my 2 vehicles! I have a pt cruiser they know to to brush because it’s not worth it and my 2017 Ram 2500. The staff know this is my baby and they go all outside! I have 100% appreciate it!

AmeriShine Car Wash in Pineville is amazing! Maegan, the sales associate, is so friendly and knowledgeable, and her window paintings are absolutely incredible they really make the car wash stand out and bring so much personality to the location. Ashley, the site manager, does a great job keeping everything running smoothly and making sure customers and employees are taken care of. Crystal, the attendant, is always helpful, attentive, and keeps everything clean and moving efficiently. This team truly goes above and beyond. Highly recommend this location!

I like to use this place when I'm in town but cant say it always get my car as clean as others and I paid extra today still not clean enough. But I do like the rags and cleaning stuff. Also has a guy beside me playing loud music with really bad cuss words I feel they should pay attention to those things will run customers off.

If zero stars were available I'd gladly give what' was earned. Although the wash was not up to standards this review is mostly geared around the employee's, mainly the self proclaimed ASSISTANT MANAGER!! Ok straight into it, pull Into the wash and instead of the xpt worker waving other customers to the free terminal, she's letting them form one line while the other remains open, assuming to sell fast past plans... She wants very enthusiastic about her job, just kind of like whatever all ashes have tire shine here u want the 10$ wash cool.... No that's not what I said at all. Go through the wash and get to the vacuums. My truck is still spotted with dirt all over, running boards are understandable I know this from running a car wash over 4 years as a GM. Just to add: yall claim an on site “manager” has tried “multiple times to contact me” but yet I’ve never received a single phone call, and when I emailed back stating this I’ve had no response. Even through email and customer support the service is still 100% poor!! Will continue to tell people not to go here, RocketFast would never treat customers like this🩷 I called to figure out why I was getting charged for a membership and the lady who answered had an attitude right away.
