Nice people, just bad representation in the store paint job receptacles no covers on them always looks dirty with that flooring they got should look better with all money they make

This place is awful. They work with an insurance company called falcon insurance. My partner got hit by someone insured by them and we called to file a claim and it's been more then 45 days an still no response. They sent us a letter saying they have to investigate and get a statement from the guy who caused the accident. They will not cover car rental until our car is in the shop. So hopefully no body gets hit with this insurance company.

This place is horrible! I don’t know if it’s because I’m white and don’t speak Spanish for their liking, but I was hung up on every call and location I called!! Once I asked to get a quote… bam. I am hung up on like nothing. Just because you name yourself amigos insurance (amigos means friends) doesn’t make it Hispanics only! That’s racial discrimination. You know what that is? Yeah. It’s illegal. So hopefully you have Caucasian clients on your end because I am turning you guys in to the right authorities in this type of case. if never dealt with the most unprofessional service in my life - I called to verify some insurance and immediately put on hold. the woman I spoke too was very rude and very short with her answers. honestly I would not touch this place with ten foot pole; just because the service they provide - having decent rates does not mean anything if the service is absolutely horrendous

I was a loyal customer for 2 yrs because it was affordable. Until I got in an accident, the whole point of paying insurance is having piece of mind. This company was a nightmare. You get what you paid for poor customer service and when you actually get into an accident be prepared to wait 4 days to actually contact an actual person who's response is, "it's not our fault your accident happened on a holiday weekend!" Pay the extra money for actual piece of mind and go to progressive, all state, farmers or one the bigger companies who will actually take your money and give a damn when you really get in an accident. I paid full coverage and I wasn't even covered for a rental car to get to work when I needed it. Most companies, full coverage, rental cars are standard. This company is a joke. B
