Disappointment doesn’t even begin to describe how I feel about dealing with Andean’s service department. After purchasing a new Colorado from the dealership it seems as soon as you are done with the buying process, you are dirt to them. Check out reviews prior to mine with people who have had the same experience. I wish I had read those before coming here. Since the very beginning of owning this truck, I’ve had issues with my steering being off… on a brand new truck. I’ve brought it in multiple times to Andean, to get told there’s nothing wrong with it. The first time I brought it in they ran the alignment specs on a completely different car than the one I have. The team in the service department were knowledgeable and courteous. I was told it would take 2.5 hours. So, my expectation was 3 to 4. After 2 hours my service rep. informed my vehicle was ready. Great and fast service

Jeremy in the service department was steady and transparent. He kept the work focused on the real concern, didn’t try to pad anything, and made it easy to get clear answers when needed.
