I purchased an ATV from Jonathan Hart at Anderson RV that was advertised as only needing a starter. After taking possession, I discovered serious engine issues, including a broken case, damaged gears, broken bolts, and metal debris inside. When I contacted Jonathan Hart, he acknowledged that the ATV was in worse condition than he had originally described. I requested a full refund but was only offered $200. When I mentioned leaving an honest review, I was threatened with legal action. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend that anyone considering a purchase from this seller get a complete, professional inspection before buying.

On an out west family camping round trip from NC, I discovered a missing signal light lens on my older tag along camper. It was a rainy trip through Kansas and I was afraid the exposed hot bulb would shatter. I had made a couple of earlier stops to find a replacement but was unsuccessful. While passing through Topeka, I stopped into Andersen Rv and met Lisa. She came outside to the camper and took a look and said that it was in stock.I was surprised because it is hard to find. She is very knowledgeable and has a lot of experience and she also is super friendly. I was able to repair the light and purchased a spare. Thanks Lisa

Lisa, the front desk person was nice. I told them what I needed and they sold me a brass part for 75.00 to hook up a larger propane tank to my motor home. I took it and tried it and it wouldn’t work. I went back in and Lisa started trying to find the correct part. The old man came out from his office with an attitude as soon as he stepped out. He said I don’t know why you are looking for a different part because it says right on the receipt “no refunds or exchanges” I argued with him for a few minutes and saw there was no reasoning with this man. He was just plain rude. I genuinely hope he goes completely out of business! I would rather drive 2 hours to Wichita and shop at Gander outdoors.
