Let me set the scene. It’s almost 5:00 p.m. on Highway 176. I have a flat tire. I’m in shorts. Standing in stickers. Sand trucks are blasting past me like they’re late for the Daytona 500, and the last stretch-home crowd appears to be driving strictly by Braille while watching TikTok more than the road. Now yes… technically I know how to change a tire, and my father might diawlown me if he found out I called someone to change my tire. But doing it while crouched on the shoulder of 176 with people flying by at 80 mph felt like a poor life choice 9n that moment. So I called Andrews Tire. These people rescued me SO QUICKLY. Took my lifted twin I beam excursion to this shop and Rob the alignment tech explained and told me what I needed. I’ve taken my truck to multiple places and no one could fix it from pulling to the right. If you have alignment issues get with Rob and this shop!

At first I was impressed, they got my tires in quickly and had me in and out within an hour of arrival... Then upon reviewing my paperwork, not only had they put the wrong year of my vehicle, they had put my trip mileage instead of the odometer reading! This would have surely caused me problems down the road regarding the warranty! Moving on to the next day, mind you I drove 5 miles from the shop to my house and parked my car... The next day I go outside and saw one tire was completely flat! They were already closed for the weekend, so we aired the tire up, the next day, again it was totally flat and the car had not moved! First thing Monday morning I went in, one to get my paperwork corrected, and then to have them look at the tire issue. I assumed it was a bad valve stem or somethi

I don’t even know how to describe the exceptional service they provided at Andrews Tire Services. I got there on a Saturday to fix up a wheel of my trailer and get a new tire. Those guys really went above and beyond to get the job done, I would give this place 10 stars if google allowed me to. I’ve never seen such a good service anywhere else. By far the best customer services and service I’ve ever gotten! Thank you guys!

As a woman, its unusual to feel safe in a mechanics' shop. The guys took good care of me and my vehicle. They were quick and didn't over charge me. That's huge in my world. Would definately recommend! :)
