Take 5 Oil Change

My truck had 0 oil and they forgot to check the coolant which was full of oil and they serviced my vehicle and still charged me knowing they were on the wrong and we're not supposed to fill my truck with oil after having a blown gasket. That oil has to get dumped and I still got charged for their mistake. I was a long time customer at Take 5 oil and now im staying away from this place. I even told them that my oil psi was extremely low yet they proceeded to service it. They are supposed to do an inspection.

I’ve had multiple vehicles taken to be serviced at Take 5 locations over the years and honestly, I’ve always been impressed. The service technicians are great. They are friendly and they are certainly knowledgeable about what they’re doing and they are more than helpful to check the entire car over, all the systems. This location in Andrews was a huge disappointment, especially for the price that you’re paying now to get your oil changed over $100 and that’s all they did. That’s it, change the oil they didn’t check a single other fluid level. They didn’t even clean the windows. I was very disappointed and I would never go back here again.

Not a good experience. Waited over an hour since there was only 2 employees with 3 full bays. Then was told I could not get the conventional oil that they said was available over the phone. After reviewing my receipt there was things checked off saying they completed them and was not done. Windshield was not washed, washer fluid not filled and did not check tire pressure. Be very careful if you choose to use this shop.

My employee went into the Andrews Texas shop for an oil change on an F150 company pickup. The service tech demanded that the service be paid up front before the work was done. They attempted to charge me for fluids before they had even done the inspection. I told them no on the ani-freeze but to do the oil change. Once I got the receipt, after the work was done, I see that they charged me for a Duramax diesel and not a 1/2 ton pickup. When I attempted to call the store, I get the run around on the automated system and was sent to a mail box that was full rather than the store manager. NOT IMPRESSED! I will be discouraging my guys from using Take 5 in the future.

Omg the slowest Service I was waiting for almost an hour for them just to change my oil and the lady said that she had to take a phone call to get one gentleman his service and there was a guy working there. He could’ve started on my car, but they went ahead and finished the truck and I asked the lady if I can get a discount and she told me no she was not professional at all.👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
