Mighty Wash #4 of Andrews

The Andrews Mighty Wash location is not managed very well. Half the time there’s not a lot of soap, not all rollers work to wash your car , 1/3 of vacuum don’t work, and there’s not a canvas canopy over drying area. I see other Mighty Wash that are operated so much better.

The business had an offer today and I had a mixed experience this early afternoon, will be back to take of this to see if it can be corrected if not I will use another car wash in Andrews or in Odessa.

Pretty upset to see Might Wash put up cones at 5pm, when the time of closing is at 7pm. Unsure why the cones were blocking the way of being able to get a wash, would have liked to wash my car since I do have a monthly subscription and at least inform why they are closing at 5pm and not 7pm would be nice to know the why.

Donavan Hanes has been washing my vehicles for a long time. Not once have I ever seen him standing around, he is always hustling and I sure wish I had employees working like that for me. He’s a go getter and I’m proud to have a membership here because he makes it worth it everytime. Don’t change sir👍

I love going to mighty wash everything is always clean, today I went and was asked if there was anything I needed? I asked about a mat washing station and Devon H. Took my mats, he washed and dried them even offer to put them back. I always see him doing his job and the guys in the wash did a quick speedy job always waving me bye!
