Buying Experience Only. Had a pleasant time with a salesman by the name of Cary Brown who was very up front and honest. He knew alot, but I couldn't tell if I knew more than him about the researched vehicle in question or not. Nevertheless, he was not forceful and very nice with good tips and a respectable professionalism. The paper work and wait-time were minimal. The only reason I am a bit edgy is that it happened too quickly and I'm wondering if we didn't bargain enough. There were fees that came up later I hadn't planned on. Scott, the manager whom we did paperwork with, was very kind and willingly to answer questions, but I'm not sure if he was divulging all he knew. Terrible! Oil change, they didn't re install all the cover bolts covering bottom of motor. Flapping in breeze. I called and went back, they put 1 bolt in corner. They left off 4 FOUR! Bolts even after I called complained and returned. This is the SECOND TIME they left bolts off the cover. The first time I replaced them myself. I won't go back .

Good people you can see they are trying. Ford itself needs to give the store more and better information on parts for all Ford Lincoln and mercury cars.
