Just bought a new vehicle at Andy Mohr Ford. I saw the vehicle online. Was contacted to come in for a test drive. I came in and I was paired with salesman Shawn Hatcher. He was phenomenal. When there was a slight issue with the vehicle I wanted to test drive(battery was dead) he did a great job of pivoting to a similar vehicle to still test out. I didn’t feel pressured or that I was being “sold”. He worked with me on a trade in of my existing car and getting a new battery in the vehicle I wanted. He was super knowledgeable on my Ford Escape and then also with other similar options on the lot that would be comparable to what I was looking for in a vehicle.
