Andy Mohr Honda

Great dealership with good prices on new/used cars.. this is our third time buying a car from here. Chad was very helpful and made sure we secured the deal we wanted. However, most dealerships offer a military or student discount.. not Honda.

The quick backstory here is we had a Honda purchased from a dealership in Indianapolis and the lease was coming due. My son took the vehicle into the dealership to have it inspected/appraised to inform our decision on what to do at expiration. We decided to purchase new Honda from the Indy dealership and returned to sign paperwork about a week and a half after he got it inspected. The finance/sales manager informed us he would not honor the offer they provided as the car had a scratch he suggested wasn't there at the time it was inspected. We had dated photos to show the scratch was in fact there and were not trying to hide anything. The manager wouldn't even look at the photo and instead wanted us to submit a claim to our insurance company and they would pay $250 toward deductible.

Went in for a B1 oil change. When I left, my wiper fluid seemed to be empty and asked for it to be filled. Turns out it was full, but a small animal had nested nearby and eaten the tubing to the wiper jets. Huge kudos to Chris, who had it fixed it immediately at no additional charge.

Smoothest, easiest, least stressful car buying experience I've had. I live in Evansville, but had contacted AndyMohr after seeing a facebook ad for a specific car. That car was out of my budget, BUT, they found me a BETTER car (Pilot), loaded, and fits in my lease budget because of the incentives being offered by Honda. I was trading in an old lease, for the new lease. The process was smooth and easy. We did the paperwork by email and phone, then they delivered the car for free, to me in Evansville, and took my trade-in back with them. The salesperson who brought my car had to do about 10 min of paperwork, then spent plenty of time showing me the features, etc. of the new car, and changed the plates for me. Sorry DPat, I think Andy Mohr might be our Honda dealer now. :)
