My first visit was for new tires. The service was fast. The staff was very kind and welcoming from the ladies at the front desk to the employees working on vehicles inside. Want to give a special thank you to James. He insured everything would get done in a timely manner and execute the job. Second visit was for a tune up. Got in and got out. Thank you for the services. I will definitely be back soon.🫶🏾

I have used this company over the years. Usually good service. But maybe things are changing. They had my truck for almost a month for a simple fuel related issue. And a headlight bulb change. Fuel pump control module Replacement. And ignition switch. $270 worth of parts and $430 worth of labor. Seems expensive, but I’ll pay it because it’s a work vehicle. Receive my truck back, and the problem is still not fixed. Took it back and they said they couldn’t duplicate the problem. As soon as I left, the truck turned off on me one block away.. Just decided to take it to a dealership this time. I don’t like to argue, so I’ll bite the bullet on this one and not return. Just wanted to warn others

"Old School" Customer Service. I've been a loyal customer since they opened. Have a 2003 Toyota Corolla with 211XXX miles on it. They put another set of tires on it for me recently & I needed a new battery yesterday. I am am a senior & I live close by I called them & they came out & jump started my car for me so I was able to drive it in their shop to have a new battery installed !! ( @ N/C) They take care of & appreciate their loyal long time customers !! Highly recommend it

I was very upset with the treatment I received from Haley when I called earlier this week. Lisa called me and apologized and assured me that is not acceptable and that it would be addressed. That meant a lot and I will certainly give them the chance at any future business.

The mechanic they have now not worth dealing with. . Can't use your own parts. Now they charge $190.00 an hr and they charge a price mark up on parts and ....Slapped me with a $75 diagnostic fee for which I believe you going to pay once your vehicle enter the shop. No wonder you no longer need an appt.
