Came in 2/8 at about 600 pm to get my starter tested both associates flat out told me they were not going to test my starter and then continued to look at their phone oriely you should find better employees I will not be back to this location

It just irritates me when people don't. Answer the phone. It's bad enough, you have to go to unnecessary chanyes. They aint gonna have to descend to say what they said.When clearly you don't hear them saying anything at all

They were about to close. I drove from South side to St Charles/270 because they were still open for a few. Long story short the gentleman working the counter actually researched a part I was looking for and even though they were closing,, even though the computer said 0 in stock and even though the nice army 10year vet doesn't normally work this store him and another guy working and being a huge help ended up with the part I needed for 1/2 the price of AutoZone which was closed. Well worth the trip and im happy with all around service. Thanks alot

2/19/25 @12:22pm I give this place a one star. The young lady at the counter said it's to cold outside to come out to put the equipment that test electric parts. I'm not shocked this was the response. People don't like to work for their pay on these jobs now adays. AutoZone next door came out and delivered excellent customer satisfaction service.

It's best to bring the part in you need so they can make sure you have to right part the first time 😉
