I almost forgot to leave this review until recently when the situation came back to mind. Unfortunately, my experience here was extremely disappointing. I originally brought my car in to have a specific issue repaired, but the problem was never properly resolved. Over the course of multiple visits, I ended up spending more than $1,000 on repairs and rental cars while my vehicle was in the shop. Despite this time and expense, the original issue remained unresolved, and the ongoing problem ultimately led to severe engine damage that forced me to replace my car about six months ago. If I could give ZERO stars I would this place is awful. I dropped my car off at 8am, literally the first and only person there. They took 3 hours to reach back out to me to tell me the wrong information. Said he would speak to his technician, then would call me back. He calls me back to tell me the correct information. And says he will call when the car is ready. It the hits 3:30, I didn’t get any call. I catch an uber I arrive about 3:49 and the shop is closed and my car is taken apart sitting on a lift. They closed early and are closed Sunday this placed left me completely SOL. And being a general manager of an organization, I need my car for work. I used to get really great service here, even recommending to family and friends, but I did not have that experience this time. I am guessing it's due to employee turnover and/or management changes, but I do not get the high quality service I remember. Not only that, the building itself and the lobby are in disrepair, dirty and unwelcoming. The employees lacked professionalism and had poor customer service skills. I was supposed to have my car diagnosed, found issues repaired, and an oil change. I was told the oil change would be added at no charge because it was due and I was getting so much additional service. When I was called to confirm the work, I asked about the oil change. I was told it was listed on the invoice but I was not charged. I said that is correct and explained the s

I have poor service. I brought my car there on an appointment. They never looked at it that whole day and they told me a bunch of lies the next day. They told me another lie. The reality is they never looked at my truck and when I get there, all they told me was you need another engine. Never told me what was wrong with the engine never told me nothing. So I would never, ever recommend anybody to mine a key, especially that particular one or ever come back to you ever again.

I booked an appointment for 7:30 am on the site.The site said they opened at 7:30. They opened at 8. I even received a confirmation email. I asked why would the site say 7:30. He said the site is universal and they independently owned. I asked why don't you fix the site since it's not rifgt. I checked in and they said they would be pulling it right in. That didn't happen. I over heard him tell the customer who checked in after me he was waiting for the mechanic to come. So I asked him was the same person going to do my oil change? I asked did he know what time that person was coming, he didn't. First and last time going to this location.
