Karen has been exceptionally helpful with scheduling in particular. Finding local experts you can trust is a big part of making a community a great place to live. Grinnell area residents are fortunate they have a quality repair shop like Andy’s they can rely upon.

Everytime we go in there, they are so nice. They get down to the problem and they give you a couple options if you'd like. Highly recommended.

On our way to Colorado my F150 lost power on I-80 at 4:00 pm. Called a Ford dealership in the area and they were about to close for the day. They recommended Andy’s Auto. We called Andy’s from the side of the road around 4:30. With a tow truck on the way Karen and the team waited for us. We rolled in around 5:45. The team took a look and ordered a fuel pump and related parts for the morning. They fixed everything up as soon as the parts arrived and we were on the road by 3:00 the following day! Incredible next day service! They even recommended a hotel down the street and saved us some money there too! Really an excellent experience. We highly recommended Andy’s Auto!

I was traveling from Chicago to Colorado recently and discovered that the undercarriage cover on my vehicle was hanging about ready to fall off. Stopped in at Andy's was immediately seen and taken care of. To my surprise there was no charge to have them resecure the cover. Andy's Auto truly knows the meaning of Customer Service which is something that other companies only pay lip service to. Thank You for helping me out and getting me back on the road.
